Most businesses require cars and/or commercial vehicles to operate. However running vehicles is expensive and more complex than many people think. All too often the responsibility of running vehicles is given to a member of the management team who through no fault of their own lack the necessary experience and qualifications. A full time Fleet Manager who has the required industry knowledge will be an expense only companies running a significant number of cars and commercials can justify. 

We provide fleet management services to small and medium businesses running from 1 to 100 vehicles. We have a combined total of over 60 years’ experience in dealerships and a vehicle leasing company operating 13500 vehicles. We can advise on every aspect of company vehicle operation including selecting the best vehicle for any particular situation, different methods of acquisition,  optimum life cycle, maintenance plans, health and safety issues and used vehicle disposal amongst others. 

Costs vary depending on the size of the fleet and the services required, but as a guide for a fleet of 50 vehicles we charge £10 per vehicle per month + VAT for a basic service. This is probably about 10% of the total cost of a quality full time Fleet Manager. We would expect to save the client a great deal more than we charge every year as well as enabling management to concentrate on their core business.
